Welcome to our beautiful house near Jackson Park Hospital. Perfect for med students. This room features 2 bunk beds (twin over full) .  This listing is for the bottom full size bunk Bed.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances. After a long day of studying or work, take a break and play a game of pool in the spacious living room.

This house is exclusively for WOMEN, providing a safe and comfortable environment at an affordable price of $120 per week, per person. THIS IS A BOTTOM BUNK.  (We have another location for men)

The room in this shared space can accommodate up to 4 guests with a twin bed over full size bunk bed and ample shelving and closet space for your clothing. The spacious living room boasts a separate dining area, full kitchen and more.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house are available for shared use. The bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, providing a comfortable and living space.

After your booking confirmation, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access the property. The owner will also meet you upon your arrival to welcome you and provide any necessary assistance or information.

Rest assured that you will have complete access to the property during your stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Check-in at this location is after 5p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can still drop off your bags at our other location 5 minutes away and relax in a designated waiting area until your bed is ready. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside any of our homes. We kindly request that you respect this policy and use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

The house is not handicap accessible. All shared bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There are 16 steps.

No guests or visitors. No exceptions. No pets allowed.
